I have been going back and forth between Shaw and Waypoint for a few years now, but this time I decided to also try Azimuth and it blew me away! I think it is the most flavorful of the three. I really enjoy the aroma and there are complex flavors. Love it!

The coffee is fresh with a rich strong flavor. The price was fantastic with a discount and arrived faster than expected.

Of the three dark roast blends, Azimuth is my favorite. It's a great way to start the day. I prefer coffee with a big bold taste and Azimuth meets the need perfectly.

actually tastes like real coffee

I find that 17 grams / 8 oz is the right concentration for me. At that concentration, Azimuth as a very satisfying 'chewy flavor. Chewy doesn't mean heavy or strong or bitter; more of a 'savory,' pleasant' flavor, almost a 'feel' in the mouth.

Honestly the best coffee Ive bought for in home brewing.Highly recommend to anyone.

My go-to for full and intense morning coffee

If you are using compass coffee to make cold brew I suggest this or Waypoint. They are both great but this blend is a little more earthy and good for the morning. Smells great also!

We were watching a program on PBS about cooperative stores in Wash DC and came across the Compass coffee and shop. New Hampshire id known for many wonderful qualities. Good local coffee is not always one of them. Luckily Compass Coffee ships nicely.
