Mint and coffee? Yes! Our homemade mint syrup is one of the first flavors we introduced at our first cafe in Shaw and it remains a customer favorite to this day. Mint Cold Brew is the unofficial drink of summer in DC... but we love it all year ‘round.

Our Simple Syrups are the perfect companion to your morning coffee. Vanilla, chocolate - all the standbys are here, plus a steady rotation of fun seasonal flavors!

Simple Syrups was founded right along side Compass in 2014 in a tiny kitchen with just a single pot. Over the years we have grown and listened to our customers to create new and unique flavors that excite our customers year after year.

All these years later we are still dedicated to the same philosophy: Simple, real ingredients.
