Grown at some of the highest elevations in Nicaragua, this coffee benefits from cooler mountain air that helps the cherries mature slowly and evenly - perfect for developing complex flavor. In the cup, you’ll find rich notes of molasses and roasted almonds, balanced by a smooth, delicate finish.

We roast this this coffee as a dark-medium roast to bring out its toasty, nutty notes and highlight the flavors you can only find in coffees grown in the unique terroir of Nicaragua.
